FAQ

What's your photographic style?
I would describe my style as authentically captured moments that reflect who you are. I specialize in natural light and prefer candid over posed pictures (although I will give you guidance whenever it's needed!). Think of me as a photojournalist striving to capture the precious moments between you and your loved ones (even the silly moments, those tend to be my favorite). My goal is to give you photographs that will serve as a legacy as the years go by; that when you look at them, you would smile at the memories that flood your mind.
Where are you based?
Currently I live in Ontario, California (not Canada haha) with my husband and our baby boy! I also serve any part of Southern California, not just the Inland Empire.
How many pictures will we get?
It depends on the amount of hours your session is! For one hour sessions, I tend to give back between 30-50 fully edited images. For events that are an hour to three hours, I give back between 100-300 fully edited images. When it comes to weddings, if your wedding is five hours or longer, I give back between 300-600 fully edited images. My goal is to give you pictures that will help you relive the day and make you smile!
How do we book you?
For regular sessions, I require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure the date and hour! As for weddings/events, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit (part of the overall cost) and a signed contract.
Why do you include a second photographer in your wedding packages?
Honestly, it's to better capture your wedding. So much happens throughout the day that it's really hard for just one photographer to document every special moment! We want to be able to help you relive your wedding day so to have a second shooter helps guarantee that we won't miss a thing!
Can we meet before the wedding day?
Absolutely! I do free wedding consultations in order to get to know you and your soul mate. I believe establishing a connection with your photographer is critical because otherwise I'll just be a random person with a camera getting in your face on your wedding day (and nobody wants that, believe me haha). It's important to me as your photographer to also get to know you both in order to personalize your wedding pictures to reflect your love story! I could shoot your wedding day in any style I want but at the end of the day, if the pictures don't reflect you, then they're just pictures, not YOUR pictures! Plus, you both should feel comfortable with me and my second shooter. I make it a priority to stay connected with you in the months and weeks leading up to your wedding day as well!
What do you love most about photographing weddings?
I'm a romantic at heart (just ask my husband, he has witnessed me freaking out over proposals and wedding vows) so to be able to be a part of your wedding day is a privilege for me! Every moment is beautiful to me, from getting ready to the cutting of the cake (or donuts or pie or whatever it is you'll have :D ) as long as the day reflects you and your love. You'll find us smiling and crying along with you. It's the start of a lifetime together, how could you not love that? We will celebrate along with you and cheer you on behind our cameras!
How long have you been a photographer?
I have been a professional photographer since 2015! I've always had a knack for photography, though. Whether it was using my Lumix Panasonic camera or my iPod touch back in the day, I loved taking pictures of nature and attempting to take portraits (thanks to anyone who I used as my guinea pigs. Y'all are the real MVPS)
What is your turnaround time?
For one hour sessions, I like to give back fully edited images within 1-2 weeks (depending on the season). When it comes to weddings/events, between 2-4 weeks is typical but again, it depends on how busy the season is! I like to send sneak peeks in between though! :)
